Mitarbeiter für die Schadensanalyse im Bereich Repair (all genders)

TASKS

  • Erstellen und Vermessen von Bauteilabdrücken 
  • Präparation (Trennen, Schleifen, Einbetten, Polieren, Ätzen) von Schliffproben mit Schwerpunkt auf Spritzschichten
  • Präparation, Test und Bewertung von Haftzugproben: Planschleifen gemäß Maßangaben der jeweiligen Manuals, Verkleben der Proben, Rüsten und Bedienen der Zugprüfmaschine, Protokollierung und Bewertung der Ergebnisse
  • Ausführung von Rauhigkeitsprüfungen an Proben oder Bauteilen unter Verwendung von verschiedenen Messtastern
  • Kontrolle und selbständige Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte in den bauteilbegleitenden Unterlagen

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung in der Metallverarbeitung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • PC Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
