YOUR TASKS

  • Kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter:innen in allen steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen sowie abrechnungstechnischen Fragen
  • Eigenverantwortliche, fachliche und systemtechnische Abrechnung der Gehälter für alle Mitarbeitergruppen unter Anwendung der gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Regelungen
  • Termingerechte Bearbeitung aller Vorgänge aus der Entgeltabrechnung und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung sämtlicher anfallender Serviceleistungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung einer Mitarbeitergruppe
  • Fachliche Betreuung und Umsetzung der erforderlichen Systemanpassungen in SAP R/3 HR in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Support
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise Weiterbildung zur/zum Personalfachkauffrau/-mann
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 HR
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
