YOUR TASKS

  • Verantwortung der Microsoft Office Suite inkl. Add-Ins und Schnittstellen
  • Produktverantwortung von Office Anwendungen wie Browser und PDF-Anwendungen
  • Erstellung der Roadmap und Projektleitung zur Migration auf neue Versionen
  • Klärung technischer Anforderungen
  • Definieren der Konfiguration wie Policies sowie Beratung beim Skripting bzw. Paketierung neuer Office-Versionen
  • Verantwortung des Testmanagements mit Planung und Steuerung der Testausführungen durch Fachverantwortliche
  • Verantwortung für das Patchmanagement sowie Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben (je nach freier Kapazität)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaft mit IT-technischem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Office inkl. Add-Ins sowie Anbindung an M365-Services (z.B. Microsoft Teams)
  • Tiefe Kenntnisse im Microsoft Portfolio, insbesondere Betriebssystem, ActiveDirectory, Group-Policies sowie Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Patch-Management-Prozessen
  • Erfahrungen als (Teil-)Projektleiter im IT-Umfeld inkl. Erfahrung im Testmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Software-Verteilprozessen sowie idealerweise Powershell-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie ein sicheres Auftreten und eine hohe Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
