YOUR TASKS

  • Pflege und Ausbau des Erfinder- und Innovationsnetzwerks einschließlich Entwicklung und Organisation von Events
  • Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen zur Darstellung von Technologie und Schutzbereich einer Erfindung
  • Organisation, Vorbereitung und Protokollierung von Gremiensitzungen zur Bewertung von internen Schutzrechten
  • Ansprechstelle für Erfinder des Unternehmens zur Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Abgabe von Erfindungsmeldungen
  • Fachliche Begleitung von Erfindungsworkshops zu ausgewählten technischen Themengebieten

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, vor allem in den Bereichen Fertigungsverfahren, Werkstofftechnik, Repair-Verfahren und Strömungsmaschinen
  • Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit

Diese Stelle kann hybrid, also im Wechsel zwischen mobilem Arbeiten und der Arbeit vor Ort bei der MTU ausgeführt werden.
