Unser Bereich Informationstechnologie entwickelt als Inhouse-Dienstleister maßgeschneiderte IT-Lösungen für die MTU Gruppe weltweit, die höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen genügen. Für die Weiterentwicklung der IT Infrastruktur am Standort München suchen wir Sie!

YOUR TASKS

  • Verantwortung für die Auswahl und die Beschaffung der Serverhardware für die gesamte MTU
  • Vorantreiben der Automatisierung der Bereitstellung von Server-Ressourcen für die IT-Fachbereiche und das Überführen der dazugehörigen Prozesse in eine agile IT-Landschaft
  • Definition von Windows Serverbetriebssystem-Standards sowie flächendeckende Umsetzung 
  • Weiterentwicklung und Verwaltung der gesamten virtualisierten Serverlandschaft auf Basis VMWare
  • Koordination von Lizensierung der Server-Betriebssysteme als Schnittstelle zu den IT Fachverantwortlichen, sowie enge Abstimmung mit der IT-Security, zur Gewährleistung sicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen an die installierten Betriebssysteme
  • Verantwortung für die Aktualität des Assetmanagementsystems bzgl. Server, sowie Unterstützung des Projekts zur Einführung eines Configurationmanagements
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister, die den Betrieb der MTU-IT sicherstellen

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Physik, Mathematik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Bereich der IT-Infrastruktur (min. 5 Jahre)
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von komplexen IT-Infrastruktur Landschaften
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse in den Gebieten Virtualisierung, Serverhardware und -installation, private Cloud und Microsoft Server Betriebssystemen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Active Directory, Ansible und Terraform 
  • Sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Freude am Aufbau von IT-Infrastruktur sowie deren Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung
