Als IT-Project Manager:in bzw. Consultant für unser Fach-Team Digital Manufacturing unterstützen Sie unser verteiltes IT-Team, derzeit an den Standorten München und Rzeszòw (Polen).

YOUR TASKS

  • Leitung und Steuerung von fachbereichsübergreifenden und unternehmensweiten IT (Teil-)Projekten während des gesamten Project Life Cycle von der Anforderungsaufnahme und -analyse über Planung und Umsetzung bis zum Abschluss
  • Führung der jeweiligen Projektteams, bestehend aus internen Mitarbeiter:innen als auch externen Partnern
  • Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops zur Ideenfindung und Lösungsgestaltung 
  • Ressourcenplanung und Projektcontrolling im Hinblick auf Kosten, Termine, Leistung und Qualität
  • Aktive Gestaltung des Projekterfolges durch engen Austausch mit allen Stakeholdern
  • Erstellung von Vorgaben für die Projektdokumentation sowie von Projektkonzepten für die Realisierung komplexer IT-Lösungen und Automatisierungskonzepten auf IT Applikationsbasis
  • Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Projektteam und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Businesspartnern intern als auch extern

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -informatik, -ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im klassischen (Wasserfall) sowie agilen (z.B. Scrum) Projektmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office inkl. Visio & Power Point oder Atlassian: Confluence und Jira oder cplace
  • Anwendungserfahrung im Bereich Automation oder Systemkenntnisse (z.B. in einem MES-System oder mit SAP ME/ MII) wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, sowie logisches und analytisches Denken
  • Bereitschaft für projektbedingte Reisen
