TASKS

  • Prozessverantwortlichkeit für das Thema Finance/Accounting Master Data Management innerhalb der MTU Gruppe
  • Aufbau, Entwicklung und Ausbau eines gruppenweiten, harmonisierten Finance/Accounting Master Data Management & Governance
  • Projekt-Verantwortung für die Migration und Cleansing von Finance/Accounting relevanten Stammdaten (Kunden, Lieferanten etc.)
  • Projekt-Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung relevanter Berechtigungskonzepte (SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Verantwortung für das Design und die Implementierung standardisierter und moderner Prozesse im Finance/Accounting Master Data Management inklusive der Qualitätssicherung
  • Weiterentwicklung der relevanten Systemlandschaft des Stammdatenmanagements (Workflowtools etc.)
  • Impulsgeber:in und Architekt:in der bedarfsgerechten Entwicklung der Finance/Accounting Master Data Management Organisation sowie des fachbereichsübergreifenden Prozessteams innerhalb der MTU Gruppe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit - inklusive der Koordination und Moderation - von externen Dienstleistern, interner IT sowie den internen Prozessverantwortlichen aus Fachbereichen innerhalb der MTU Gruppe

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen im Master Data Management
  • Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse vorzugsweise in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung und Affinität für Projektmanagement
  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit systematischer und selbständiger Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eigenverantwortliches Handeln 
  • Erfahrung in der Definition, Implementierung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und IT-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
