Die MTU Aero Engines ist für eine Reihe von Triebwerksreglern für militärische Flugtriebwerke verantwortlich. Für die Entwicklung, die Produktion und den Betrieb dieser Regler werden Testsysteme benötigt, die bei der MTU, deren Kunden und Lieferanten sowie den Partnerfirmen in Europa genutzt werden. Die Testsysteme werden zumeist als Hardware-in-the-Loop-Systeme mit einer Simulation des jeweiligen Triebwerks betrieben.

YOUR TASKS

  • Entwicklung von Testsystemen nach luftfahrtrechtlichen Vorschriften über alle Phasen wie Anforderungsanalyse, Entwurf, Implementierung und Verifikation
  • Hardwarenahe Softwareentwicklung nach Wasserfallmodell und mit agilen Methoden
  • Software-Implementierung in Python, Matlab/Simulink und C#, insbesondere zur Testautomatisierung
  • Erstellung von Echtzeitsystemen, etwa mit dSPACE
  • Programmierung von PLDs, insbesondere FPGAs mit VHDL
  • Konstruktion mit CAD-Systemen wie AutoCAD oder Eagle
  • Regelmäßige Wartung und Kalibrierung, Fehlerbehebung und Reparaturen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Testsysteme
  • Technische Abstimmung und gemeinsame Umsetzung von Anforderungen mit Lieferanten und Kunden

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik oder einer verwandten Studienrichtung
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Softwareentwicklung und des elektrischen Messens, Steuerns und Regelns (EMSR)
  • Erfahrung im technischen Service
  • Kenntnisse der analogen und digitalen Schaltungstechnik
  • Erfahrung mit einem ALM-Tool (z.B. Polarion) und einem Konfigurationsmanagementtool (z.B. Subversion)
  • Sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse 
  • Selbständiges und problemorientiertes Arbeiten sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatz- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
