YOUR TASKS

  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Organisationseinheit
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung der MTU-Datenstrategie zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen und dem (Top-)Management, inklusive der dafür notwendigen Technologie-Roadmap
  • Prozessverantwortung für die Ablauforganisation der Organisationseinheit
  • Verantwortung für alle Systeme und Tools der Datenanalyse-Landschaft der MTU, u.a. für das zentrale Enterprise Data Warehouse SAP BW und die Virtualisierungsplattform Denodo
  • Leitung und Steuerung von multidisziplinären Projekten in den Themenbereichen Datenanalyse, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Planungslösungen und künstlicher Intelligenz
  • Verantwortung für Kosten und Qualität aller angebotenen Leistungen, Services und Produkte
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation auf (Top-)Management Ebene

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor / Master) der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Physik, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder verwandte Studiengänge bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Führung von IT-Teams
  • Unternehmerisches und strategisches Denken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenanalyse, Business Intelligence und künstliche Intelligenz, idealerweise auf Basis der Softwareprodukten SAP BW 7.x, SAP HANA und SAP Analysis for Office, Denodo, Tableau und RStudio
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
