YOUR TASKS

  • Unternehmensbewertungen, auch im Hinblick auf M&A Aktivitäten
  • Durchführen von Business Development sowie M&A Projekten
  • Unterstützung der MTU-Geschäftsfelder im Hinblick auf Partnerschaften und Standortentwicklung
  • Analyse von Chancen und Risiken und Aufzeigen von Trends (Branchenstudien)
  • Informationssammlung, -aufbereitung und -analyse zur strategischen, wirtschaftlichen und technischen Entwicklung der MTU-Wettbewerber
  • Erstellung von Unternehmensprofilen und strategischer Wettbewerbsanalysen

REQUIREMENTS

  • Guter Studienabschluss, bevorzugt in der Studienrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Luft- und Raumfahrt
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Luftfahrtindustrie von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungslegung und Unternehmensbewertung    
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung eines M&A und Business Development Prozesses
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung eines Integrationsprozesses (Post Merger Integration)
  • Sicherer und effizienter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Klare Argumentationsweise, guter Berichts/-Präsentationsstil  
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative     
  • Teamplayer und Erfahrung im Steuern von Multidisziplinären Teams

Die Stelle kann hybrid, also im Wechsel zwischen mobilem Arbeiten und der Arbeit vor Ort am MTU Standort ausgeführt werden.
