YOUR TASKS

  • Unterstützung der internen und externen Kunden der Produktdokumentation
  • Beschaffung, Verwaltung, Bereitstellung und Archivierung von Dokumenten im PDM-Verwaltungssystem
  • Erstellung und Definition von Prozessen und Workflows für die jeweiligen Dokument- und Archivierungsarten
  • Anwendung (SQL) von Datenbanken und Datenbanktools; Durchführung von Auswertungen unter Beachtung des Datenschutzgesetzes
  • Weiterentwicklung des Dokumentenmanagementsystems durch Systemtests
  • Gewährleistung der Systemzugriffe für die Nutzer von Teamcenter
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Vorschriften des nationalen, EU und US-Re-Exportkontrollrechts bei der Verteilung von Dokumenten an Lieferanten
  • Weiterentwicklung der rechtssicheren Langzeitarchivierung im Dokumentenmanagementsystem
  • Unterstützung bei der Klärung komplexer Sachverhalte bezüglich der Prozesse der Produktdokumentation auch mit ausländischen Kunden/Partnern
  • Weiterentwicklung der Anwendung der digitalen Signatur

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studium im Bereich Informationstechnologie, Informationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä. oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/ Techniker
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse im Dokumentenmanagement
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Teamcenter, PLM, Datenbanken
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit
  • Operatives Prozessverständnis und IT-Affinität
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, gute Organisationsfähigkeit
