  • Energiemonitoring und Potenzialanalyse von Gebäuden und Versorgungsanlagen zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz
  • Ausbau der Nutzung von erneuerbaren Energien sowie Identifizierung, Bewertung und Umsetzung von CO2-Reduzierungen
  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten 
  • Planerische Begleitung von Sanierungs- und Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Ziel- und lösungsorientierter Einsatz von internen Fachstellen, externen Ingenieur- und Beratungsbüros sowie den entsprechenden Behörden
  • Teilnahme an der Überwachung und Inbetriebnahme eigener Versorgungsanlagen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungs- oder Elektrotechnik oder Technikerausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der selbständigen Bearbeitung von Projekten
  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Planerisches und organisatorisches Geschick, sowie eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und sicheres Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und innovativer Gebäudetechnik
