Im Rahmen einer mehrjährigen SAP S/4 HANA Finance Transformation entwickeln wir die globalen Finanzprozesse und -systeme der MTU weiter. Nach der erfolgten technischen Migration auf S/4 HANA liegt nun der Fokus auf der Optimierung und weltweiten Implementierung einheitlicher Prozessstandards im Accounting- und Controlling-Umfeld.

Zur Unterstützung unseres standortübergreifenden Projektteams. In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie mit uns die Zukunft des Finanzbereichs der MTU und nehmen im Anschluss an das Projekt eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in der Finanzorganisation ein.

TASKS

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der MTU S/4 HANA Finance Transformation mit dem Fokus auf Controlling
  • Definition künftiger Controlling-Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachexpert:innen der weltweiten MTU-Finanzorganisation in einem der folgenden Bereiche:
    • Produktkosten- und Projektcontrolling im Serien- und Maintenance-Segment
    • Gemeinkostencontrolling und Kostenstellencontrolling
    • Ergebnisrechnung / SAP Margin Analysis
    • Profit Center Accounting
  • Erarbeitung von Best-Practice-Ansätzen sowie Identifikation von Harmonisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen im SAP-Controlling-Umfeld (inkl. SAP-Self-Services, Workflows, Fiori-Applikationen, u.ä.)
  • Enge Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen, z.B. Accounting, Sales und Produktion, zur Sicherstellung durchgängiger End-to-end-Prozesse im Unternehmen und zur Erfüllung der Anforderungen an das zukünftige Management-Reporting
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der IT zur Validierung der fachlichen Spezifikationen und kontinuierlicher Austausch im Rahmen der technischen Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung und Koordination des Testmanagements während der Implementierungsphase
  • Vorbereitung von Schulungskonzepten und Durchführung von Trainings für Mitarbeiter:innen im Zuge des System-Roll-outs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studienabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Qualifikation mit vergleichbaren Schwerpunkten
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der (IT-)Beratung, der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder als SAP-Key-User:in in einem der oben genannten Controlling-Bereiche
  • Erfahrungen in SAP-Implementierungs- oder -Transformationsprojekten, vorzugsweise im S/4HANA-Finance-Umfeld, sowie sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP CO / FI / PP / PS (offizielle Schulungen sind von Vorteil)
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Controlling, z.B. in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung, und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für ganzheitliche Werteflüsse innerhalb eines Unternehmens
  • Kenntnisse über die Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und HGB
  • Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
