YOUR TASKS

  • Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von Werkstoffuntersuchungen mit Licht-, Digital-, Rasterelektronenmikroskopie (REM inkl. EDX + EBSD) und Röntgendiffraktometrie (XRD) im Rahmen von Werkstoffentwicklung, Schadensanalyse und Qualitäts- und Prozesskontrolle 
  • Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von werkstoffanalytischen Methoden zur Darstellung, Kontrastierung, automatisierten Auswertung und Dokumentation von Mikrogefügen (z.B.: Anwendung von KI) 
  • Erarbeitung/Definition von Regelabläufen für Auswertung und Dokumentation von Gefügeanalysen basierend auf internationalen, nationalen und internen Standards    
  • Beratung von internen Kunden aus Technologie, Entwicklung, Fertigung, Einkauf und MRO bezüglich Methodik und Umfang bei werkstoffkundlichen Untersuchungen       
  • Unterstützung von Kollegen bei aufwändigen und umfangreichen Untersuchungen über alle MTU Standorte hinweg      

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studium Werkstofftechnik (Universität) bzw. vergleichbares Studium oder Ausbildung zum technischen Assistenten der Metallographie 
  • Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Werkstoffcharakterisierung unter Einsatz moderner Untersuchungsmethoden mit dem Schwerpunkt Werkstoffe des Triebwerkbaus
  • Erfahrung in beruflicher Praxis mit dem Einsatz und der Bedienung von Metall- und Rasterelektronenmikroskopen verschiedener Typen 
  • Erfahrung mit der Herstellung und Präparation von Schliffproben und den wichtigsten Ätztechniken     
  • kundenorientiertes Denken zur effizienten Bearbeitung und Koordination von Aufträgen          
  • Gute PC Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit der Verwendung von Software zur Bildaufnahme, -analyse und -archivierung    
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
