YOUR TASKS

Koordination der Programmaufgaben im Bereich Serie/Ersatzteile von Hubschraubertriebwerken und militärischen GE-Programmen:

  • Sicherstellung der vertragskonformen Leistungserbringung
  • Vertretung in internen und externen internationalen Gremien 
  • Mitarbeit im Modifikationsmanagement inkl. Sicherstellung der prozesskonformen Dokumentation aller Änderungen zur Konfigurationskontrolle 
  • Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung der Verhandlungen mit dem Kunden inklusive Vorbereitung der notwendigen internen Entscheidungen
  • Monitoring von Terminen und Erstellung von Reports zur Abarbeitung und Einführung der Modifikationen
  • Mitarbeit bei Einlastung und Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen und -aufträgen für Serien- und Ersatzteile
  • Erstellen von Management Reports inklusive Sonderauswertungen und Analysen
  • Mitarbeit an Auditierungen im Hinblick auf die Programme
  • Bearbeitung von Export Control Sachverhalten
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Programm-Management Funktion eines Industrieunternehmens
  • Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu internen und externen Schnittstellen sowie ein gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Diese Stelle kann in Voll- oder Teilzeit und hybrid bearbeitet werden, d.h. im Wechsel zwischen mobilem Arbeiten und Anwesenheit auf dem MTU Gelände.
