YOUR TASKS

  • Durchführung der sachgerechten Erstellung von Warenausgangsdokumenten zur Exportverzollung gemäß den einschlägigen Gesetzen und Regelungen (u.a. Unionszollkodex, Merkblätter und Dienstvorschriften Finanzverwaltung)
  • Festlegung und Überprüfung der zollrechtlichen Verfahren von Ausgangssendungen, d.h. (Wieder-)Ausfuhr, Versandverfahren, Carnet ATA und Passive Veredelung
  • Identifikation, Klärung und Abwicklung von Sonder- und Problemfällen 
  • Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung zollrechtlicher Prozesse sowie der Strukturierung von Lieferverkehren
  • Pflege und Monitoring von Stammdaten
  • Abstimmung ggb. dem (Haupt-)Zollamt und entsprechendes Meldewesen
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit anderen internen Funktionsbereichen und externen Partnern (u.a. IHK, Statistisches Bundesamt)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (bevorzugt Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau) oder zollrechtliche Ausbildung im mittleren Dienst
  • Bildungsabschluss (Fach-)Hochschulreife oder Mittlere Reife
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Export-Zollabwicklung eines Industrieunternehmens
  • Fachwissen im einschlägigen europäischen und nationalen Recht
  • Operatives Prozessverständnis und Interesse an Projektarbeit
  • Kenntnisse von SAP GTS und MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Fließende deutsche, sowie gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und „das richtige Mindset“ für Trade Compliance, sowie Verständnis für logistische Belange
  • Exakte, selbständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
