YOUR TASKS

  • Beurteilung und Genehmigung von Abweichungen an Bauteilen und Baugruppen
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Abstell- & Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Überprüfen der Dokumentation ausgeführter Arbeiten
  • Beratung der Instandsetzung im Rahmen der Instandsetzungszulassung
  • Bewertung und Erteilung von Instandsetzungszulassungen
  • Vertretung der Qualitätsbelange in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur QMS-Verbesserung
  • Unterstützen der Prüfstellen bei der Auswahl und Anwendung der Prüftechnik sowie Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Herstell-/Prüfprozessen
  • Sicherstellen der Lieferqualität unter Wahrung wirtschaftlicher Aspekte
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen oder anderer qualitätsbezogener Rückfragen
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben in nationalen und internationalen Projektgruppen

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau (gerne mit Schwerpunkt Fertigungstechnik, Werkstofftechnik, Luft-/Raumfahrttechnik) bzw. Abschluss als Techniker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder andere, gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in Qualitätswesen, Fertigung, Instandsetzung oder Entwicklung
  • Gute Methodenkompetenz im Qualitätswesen
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
