YOUR TASKS

  • Erstellung von NC Messprogrammen für HEXAGON Messmaschinen mit der Messsoftware Quindos 7
  • Festlegung des Messablaufes von Prüfungen ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit FHM-Konstruktion bzw. -Planung unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte und unter Einhaltung gültiger Vorschriften /Werksnormen
  • Festlegung der programmierrelevanten Aspekte von Vorrichtungen
  • Festlegung und Definition von Messtastern
  • Weiterverarbeitung von CAD-Daten
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsunterlagen (z.B. Aufspannskizzen, Einrichteblättern, etc.)
  • Erstellung des Messprogrammen in Quindos 7 und Messungen von FHMs, AGE und Triebwerksbauteilen an Koordinatenmessmaschinen
  • Durchführung von Programmerprobungen im Messraum
  • Erstellung der Erprobungsunterlagen.
  • Archivierung von NC-Programmen und -Unterlagen

REQUIREMENTS

  • Meister- oder Technikerausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Programmieren von Messmaschinen in der Software Quindos 7
  • Erfahrung bei der Auslegung von technischen Zeichnungen AUKOM 2 oder vergleichbare Qualifizierung
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
