Manager Finance (all genders)

  • Controlling of Lease business activities including review of Business cases, ownership of tools and templates
  • Business Partner, support of Lease business team on all commercial and financial topics

Accounting & Audit

  • Support on lease accounting procedures – Provide guidance and input to (Senior) Accountants
  • Continuous review and improvement of financial- and business processes
  • Support month-end closing activities
  • Financial audit support

Financial planning & analysis, Reporting

  • Support CFO in forecasting and budgeting
  • Provide lease business team with analyses, giving valuable input for business decisions
  • Financial Reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Tax / VAT coordination

  • Preparation of monthly tax declarations and statistics
  • Ensure tax compliance for worldwide business activities including process design and implementation together with external service providers


  • Continuous improvement of tools, systems and processes
  • Represent MLS Finance team on various different projects


  • Completed Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
  • RA/RC/CA (or equivalent) qualification is preferred
  • Relevant professional experience in Finance/Accounting/Controlling/Audit (or similar)
  • Technical accounting knowledge as relates to IFRS, preferably with experience in lease accounting
  • Good understanding of financial processes and concepts
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, experience with SAP is considered an advantage
  • Proficient in English language
  • Strong analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Accurate and reliable working style
  • Able to organize multiple tasks and deadlines autonomously
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, striving for optimization and continual business process solutions
