YOUR TASKS

Als Erprobungsspezialist sind Sie zuständig für die Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Versuchen an Bauteilen mit Schwerpunkt Rotations- und Strukturversuche, im Einzelnen bedeutet dies:

  • Konzeption und Erstellung von Testaufbauten inkl. der Messtechnik an unterschiedlichen Prüfständen unter Einbindung der beteiligten Fachabteilungen und externer Lieferanten
  • Weiterentwicklung der Versuchsmethoden und – einrichtungen und deren Transfer in die produktive Umgebung
  • Termin- und kostengerechte Versuchsdurchführung (Vorbereitung, Aufbau und Durchführung, Betreuung des Versuchsträgers, Dokumentation)
  • Betrieb der Prüfstands- und Messtechnik
  • Interpretation der Testergebnisse
  • Präsentation der Ergebnisse im Rahmen von Technologie- und Serienprojekten
  • Kontakt und Betreuung externer Kunden

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder ähnliche Studienrichtungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Statik und Dynamik, Festigkeitslehre und Physik
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Erprobung, idealerweise an rotierenden Prüfständen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Konstruktion und Bauweisen, Erfahrung mit CAD-Methoden
  • Erfahrung in industrieller Messdatenerfassung, -analyse und Automatisierungstechnik
  • Grundlagen der Programmierung (z.B. Python, Matlab, …) und FEM-Analyse
  • Methodenkompetenz Projektmanagement, Problemlösungs- und Kreativitätstechniken
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Belastbarkeit
