YOUR TASKS

Sie verantworten die Softwarelösungen für die Themenbereiche Zutrittssteuerung, Zeiterfassung und Erstellung der Firmenausweise. Diese Lösungen sind allen europäischen Standorten eingeführt bzw. vorgesehen.

  • Leitung von Projekten im Bereich des Zutrittsmanagements
  • Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungsprojekten mit Ihrem Fachwissen in Bezug auf die
    Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Aufnahme, Aufbereitung und Operationalisierung von Anforderungen der Fachbereiche
  • Analyse der Anforderung und Umsetzung bzw. Steuerung der Umsetzung
  • Mitarbeit und aktive Gestaltung der strategischen IT Ausrichtung für die Systeme des Zutrittsmanagements
  • Koordination und fachliche Führung von externen Beratern im Arbeitsgebiet
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche in der Systemauswahl und Prozessgestaltung
  • Begleitende Beratung und Erstellen von Pflichtenheften und IT Rahmenkonzepten
  • Anwender- und Systembetreuung, Trouble Shooting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Einschlägige Projekt- und Betriebserfahrung von IT Lösungen im Zutrittsmanagement (idealerweise Kaba Exoss)
  • Grundkenntnisse in IT Architekturen und Schnittstellentechnologien
  • Fähigkeit Projekte eigenständig und methodisch zu leiten
  • Grundwissen und Erfahrung im aktiven Anforderungsmanagement
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Interesse an unserem hybriden Arbeitszeitmodell (Home Office/Standortpräsenz)
