Zur Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des IT Asset- und Configuration-Managements suchen wir eine Fachspezialistin oder einen Fachspezialisten.

YOUR TASKS

  • Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung des IT Asset- und Configuration-Managements und der damit verbundenen Prozesse und Systeme
  • Globaler Rollout IT Asset- und Configuration-Management
  • Datenmanagement im IT Asset- und Configuration-Managementsystem
  • Modellierung der Abhängigkeiten von Geschäftsprozessen zu IT-Services und den damit verbundenen IT-Systemen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Fachabteilungen in allen Fragen des Asset- und Configuration Managements inkl. technischer Bewertung fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Weiterentwicklung des Reportings im Aufgabenbereich
  • Vertretung der Interessen des Centers bzw. der MTU in internen und externen Projekten, in Arbeitsgruppen und bei Verhandlungen
  • Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung bei der Gestaltung und Koordination von ITSM-Prozessen (z.B. nach ITIL) sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Service Transition Management
  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung und im Aufbau eines Asset- und Configuration Management Systems (CMS, Aufbau CMDB)
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT-(Teil)Projekte sowie sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse des Application-Lifecycles verteilter Systeme und mehrschichtiger Enterprise-Applikationen inklusive Schnittstellen Techniken
  • Kenntnisse in PL/SQL, Python sowie Webserver (Apache, WebSphere) von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse von USU Valuemation wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
