Das Team IT Communication & Collaboration stellt Lösungen für die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Unternehmens und mit unseren Partnerfirmen zur Verfügung. Als Unterstützung für die Bereitstellung der Collaborative Working Environment (CWE) für militärische Projekte suchen wir eine:n neue:n Kolleg:in für unser Team.

YOUR TASKS

  • Analyse aktueller Prozesse und Anforderungen und deren Überführung in digitale Prozesse
  • Konzeption, Planung und Installation einer neuen militärischen Kommunikationslösung
  • Administration und Betreuung der künftigen Kommunikationslösung für Meetings, Video, Voice, Chat etc.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Infrastruktur- und IT-Security-Team
  • Etablierung von Service-Prozessen in der neuen Umgebung für militärische Projekte
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem zivilem Kommunikationsteam für Skype On-Prem und M365
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen, sowie deren Qualitätsprüfung

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder einer Ausbildung im IT Bereich mit entsprechender beruflicher Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung beim Erstellen oder Betreiben von Kommunikations-Lösungen (z.B. Skype for Business, Tixeo, etc.)
  • Gutes Verständnis im Bereich Netzwerke und Security
  • Selbstständiges und flexibles Arbeiten, Belastbarkeit sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Fehlerdiagnose
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
