YOUR TASKS

  • Planung und Zulassung von Arbeitsfolgen unter Berücksichtigung bekannter Fertigungsverfahren und Zeitdaten   
  • Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Rationalisierung, Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsverbesserung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Verfahren
  • Aktive Steuerung der Produktionskosten entsprechend der vereinbarten Kostenziele
  • Abschätzung der Kosten von Fertigungshilfsmitteln und Beauftragung der Beschaffung
  • Werkstattbetreuung bezüglich aller planungsrelevanten Sachverhalte 
  • Abweichungsmanagement
  • Anregen/ beauftragen konstruktiver Änderungen (z.B. Mitarbeit im IP3E Team) 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen/externen Kunden und Partnern

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studium (Uni/FH) der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Produktions- oder Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung   
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung wünschenswert
  • gute Kenntnisse spanender Fertigungsverfahren
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Methodenkompetenz sowie analytisches Denkvermögen 
  • hohe Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • gute Team-, Konfliktlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
