Aerospace Training Coordinator
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee on-site training sessions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place. Maintain and organize training data and documentation in various training systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SAP Enable Now (SEN).
- Develop, update, and enhance training formats using SEN and PowerPoint (PPT) to ensure engaging and effective training materials.
- Collaborate closely with the trainer community to gather feedback, share best practices, and support continuous development of training programs. Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational training standards and policies.
- Support the administrative management of employee-related training, including tracking attendance and maintaining training records.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Didactic understanding and competence in developing training courses through structured visualization of complex content.
- Interest and familiarity with authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for the creation of training content.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and training methodologies.
