Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
 

Customer Support

  • As the primary point of contact, provide swift and high quality responses to all customer queries
  • Management of customer relationship in consideration of the technical and economic framework in order to achieve an excellent level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure a frequent communication with the customer is maintained
  • Conduct customer visits, incl. program reviews

 

Contract Management

  • Ensure contract fulfilment in accordance with the customer requirements, company policy as well as contract and legal requirements
  • Responsible for the order management, incl. shop visit preparation, coordination with all required stakeholders, generation of cost estimates and final invoices
  • Accountable for controlling of the ongoing projects and initiating measures to optimize processes and results where necessary
  • Optimization of the economic efficiency of the services as well as the associated KPI’s
  • Support Sales Campaigns and contract negotiations
 

Ihr berufliches Know-how:

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Engineering, or Business with good technical knowledge
  • Solution oriented, with a strong customer and business acumen
  • Strong team player, capable of working in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Independent, systematic and goal-oriented way of working
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability for travel as required
  • Availability for AOG/ on-call service
