Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Customer Support
- As the primary point of contact, provide swift and high quality responses to all customer queries
- Management of customer relationship in consideration of the technical and economic framework in order to achieve an excellent level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure a frequent communication with the customer is maintained
- Conduct customer visits, incl. program reviews
Contract Management
- Ensure contract fulfilment in accordance with the customer requirements, company policy as well as contract and legal requirements
- Responsible for the order management, incl. shop visit preparation, coordination with all required stakeholders, generation of cost estimates and final invoices
- Accountable for controlling of the ongoing projects and initiating measures to optimize processes and results where necessary
- Optimization of the economic efficiency of the services as well as the associated KPI’s
- Support Sales Campaigns and contract negotiations
