Lean Coordinator ​

Salary:  

Lean Coordinator will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement activities for production and production-supporting departments. In cooperation with other departments, various improvement processes will be planned and implemented. The main focus lays on process improvement by application and implementation of MTU Lean Management principles and methods. The department supports to establish zero-defect processes, to reduce waste within the operational and administrative processes as well as fulfillment of customer requirements. 

Duration: 11 months contract

Your Tasks:

  • Moderation and support of workshop preparations and summaries
  • Support in lean activities (e.g. execution of current-state analyses, definition improvement potential)
  • Support department on a daily business
  • Application and further development Lean Management methods in cooperation with Lean Professionals
  • Support in organization and execution of Lean Management and Trainings
  • Execution of projects in self-responsibility 

Our Requirements:

  • Course of studies in Lean Management, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or comparable course studies 
  • Lean Management knowledge and first experience prove to be an added advantage
  • Analytical thinking
  • Independent, flexible as well as structured work ethic
  • Experiences knowledge with MS office applications
