We are looking for someone to become part of our dedicated expert team in our office in Amsterdam as:

HR Manager (all genders)

Your Tasks:

Recruiting

  • Handle recruiting: Post job adds, screen applications, arrange and conduct interviews, collaborate with recruiting agencies
  • Select new employees in alignment with the hiring manager: Lead employment contract negotiations and arrange onboarding

Business Partnering

  • Provide Legal guidance on contracts and agreements
  • Support and guide the management team in conducting (complex) discussions on absenteeism, performance management and training and development
  • Set-up, administer and coordinate Global-mobility-related situations: expatriates and international moves
  • Support performance management process including review of annual performance and assist managers with Performance Improvement Plans and Individual Development Plans

Payroll

  • Prepare, coordinate and approve on-time payroll for the Amsterdam location and its international Representative Offices

Controlling

  • Responsible for HR statistics including annual Head Count planning and conducting audits

Employee Development

  • Support employee development in line with internal development programs

Projects

  • Perform HR related projects in coordination with the Managing Director 
  • Collaborate with MTU group for strategic projects
  • Keep up to date with labor law and changes in HR related legal requirements

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or similar
  • Relevant working experience in a similar HR function in a corporate environment with exposure to employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, training and development and recruitment
  • Up-to-date and solid Dutch labor law knowledge
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information as well as engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Structured, flexible, customer and result oriented, experience with conflict management and possess a strong sense of detail and accuracy as well as stress-resistant and proactive
  • Strong empathy and used to international work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Dutch is a benefit
  • Excellent IT skills: experience in using MS Office (Outlook and Excel), recruiting tools and MS Teams
