We are looking for someone to become part of our dedicated expert team in our office in Amsterdam as:

Lease Manager (all genders)

Your Tasks:

  • Responsible for all lease engine Sales and Lease Contract Management activities within the assigned market area and customer base
  • Identify, secure and expand the 3rd party customers base
  • Identify, acquire and manage leased engines for engine lease pool
  • Execute and optimize Sales Planned Revenue and P&L targets
  • Support development and implementation of customized engine leasing solutions
  • Customer Support for Lease Customers initiating and driving key changes to increase customer satisfaction

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master degree in technical or business area
  • Relevant working experience in commercial roles in aviation (leasing/MRO/airline)
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-responsibility, high level of commitment, flexibility and ability to cope with pressure
  • Sales and networking attitude and outstanding service orientation
  • Intercultural approach in thought and deed
  • Skills in moderation and presentation
  • Eloquent communication skills and excellent English proficiency
