We are looking for someone to become part of our dedicated expert team in our office in Amsterdam as:

Your Tasks:

Align IT strategy with the parent company's standards including further development of the conceptual design and IT specifications for small locations
On Boarding of new employees (set up IT systems, explain IT to colleagues, provide tools etc.)
IT processes and On-site support
Provide user equipment (necessary extras e.g. satellite office spareservice)
Update of existing IT Operations Manuals
Identify IT support for local business processes
Responsible for software applications
Coordinate projects: individual developments and digitalization topics
IT project planning: input, coordination and implementation of business requirements and global IT
Specify, select, test and deploy new software within projects
Responsible for IT and location planning process
SAP user administration including definition of processes and workflows in alignment with global IT department and external support partners
Manage and coordinate SAP projects
Design, participate and execute internal SAP trainings
Appropriate and cost-effective support and assistance for users

Your Experience and Qualifications:

Completed degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar
Relevant working experience as IT Manager or similar professional experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data center management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, mobility, storage systems and backup systems
Soft Skills, e.g.: intercultural competency; eloquent communication skills, diplomatic skills when dealing with customers; analytical mind; assertiveness; (outstanding) service orientation, high level of commitment; flexibility; ability to cope with pressure; outstanding openness to change and creativity; strategic and entrepreneurial competences
Very good and assured knowledge of the English language
